Found a home, what next?

  • Contact us via the website, chat window, or phone!
  • We will help you choose the most suitable apartment by providing information about the location, additional spaces, interior options, and everything else that is important for you.

  • You can reserve your home for 14 days completely free of charge with a verbal agreement. The reservation can also be extended by agreement with a Domus Real Estate representative.
  • During this time, we will provide additional information about construction and finishing details.
  • We will send you an offer for the selected apartment.
  • With the offer, you have the opportunity to approach a credit institution, such as a bank, for financing the purchase of the home. For better terms, check out the offers from our partners.
  • If the credit institution requires an appraisal of the apartment, you will need to order an appraisal of the apartment.

If the credit institution requires an appraisal of the apartment being purchased, you can order an expert valuation from a certified appraiser. The appraiser provides an objective and thorough assessment necessary for financing the transaction.

Get in touch

  • A Domus representative will find a suitable time for everyone to conclude the sales transaction at the notary’s office. The transaction can be completed in person at the notary’s office or remotely online.
  • Before the transaction, you will have the opportunity to review the draft contract.
  • At least one business day before the transaction, the buyer must pay a deposit to the notary’s escrow account or the developer’s account. The deposit constitutes 15% of the apartment’s purchase price (10% when using Kredex guarantee).
  • To complete the transaction without a deposit, a credit institution must be involved, and a mortgage must be placed on additional collateral.
  • The sales transaction will be concluded, with precise terms agreed upon. The transaction can be completed in person at the notary’s office or remotely online.
  • During the transaction, the notary will verbally explain all the agreements.
  • The buyer must pay the notary fee for certifying the transaction.

  • During the apartment construction, you will need to choose your home’s interior package. We will provide you with specific deadlines to ensure the apartment is completed on time.
  • During the construction, it is also possible to start planning built-in furniture and other furnishings for the apartment.

  • When the apartment is ready, we will invite you to come see it.
  • Together, we will review the apartment and its additional spaces (balcony/terrace, storage room, parking space, and/or bike space).
  • We will complete an inspection report, recording the water and electricity readings.
  • The property rights transaction will follow the inspection within a couple of weeks.

  • After the handover of the apartment, the second part of the sales transaction, the property rights agreement, will be formalised. The transaction can be concluded in person at the notary’s office or remotely online.
  • A Domus representative will find a suitable time for everyone to conclude the transaction at the notary’s office.
  • The buyer pays the remaining purchase amount into the notary’s escrow account or the developer’s account. If a credit institution is financing the transaction, the credit institution will pay the remaining purchase amount, and a mortgage will be placed on the purchased apartment.
  • The buyer must pay the notary fees for certifying the transaction and, if necessary, the fees for setting up the mortgage.
  • You will receive the keys to your new home!

  • After the completion of the apartment building, it will be managed by a property management company.
  • The home comes with a 2-year warranty.
